A Strategic Partnership for Sustainable Green Innovation 

Together with Singapore’s OCS, DUGURU is leading the Asian market in eco-friendly landscaping and smart spatial design. 

We have entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with OCS Singapore, the nation’s leading facility management company, to accelerate our expansion into the sustainable landscaping and smart interior design markets across Asia. This partnership goes beyond symbolic collaboration, focusing on jointly advancing projects aligned with Singapore’s green building policies (BCA Green Mark Super Low Energy, GMIS-EB 2.0 incentives).

By combining OCS’s nationwide facility management network and maintenance expertise with our Korean-style landscape design (K-Landscape Design) capabilities in planning, construction, and execution, we will deliver integrated design–build–maintenance services.

In September 2025, we will launch a K-Landscape Design showroom at OCS’s headquarters (ESR BizPark @ Chai Chee), offering international clients and government stakeholders an immersive experience. At least two pilot projects will commence by the end of the year, followed by joint brand development, the establishment of a joint venture, and the expansion of ESG-based business models.

Through this partnership, we will position Singapore as our Asian hub, bringing Korea’s creative and emotional landscaping expertise onto the global stage, while jointly delivering innovative indoor landscaping models across commercial buildings, hospitals, and resorts with OCS.
